I requested quick delivery and it came in relatively soon enough for class. Good source. This is a text I use several times a week for writing papers because it explains concepts sometimes metaphorically and in the first person at times. Gbrich places herself in the shoes of the person who knows nothing about QR and builds to a clear, crisp understanding of the concept with the use of figures, exhibits and tables that compare and contrast theories so that you can see how they are similar and different...that's much appreciated from a novice.
