If you do some research you can find close-ups of the original model used for the film and with time and patience can reproduce an incredible likeness to the original.

Dragonball Z Goku Model Kit Review

It takes maybe an hour or an hour and a half to make this figure, and the clothes are a pain to try to get on, but overall this is a pretty fun thing to build. It is not like some of the [other] models, which look great on the package but incomplete if you don't paint them. The picture pretty much shows exactly what the completed model lools like.

Fun Dough Alphabet and Numbers Playset by Mega Brands Review

It's not "play doh" it felt a little different, the red was softer than the blue but that didn't make a difference, it felt a little more plasticky or something but didn't make a difference. The stamps stayed in the stampers and they showed up fine in the play doh. It comes with a little mat which I noticed when I wiped the table with a damp sponge it stuck to the table but when the table was dry it would move around when trying to move and play with the doh. It was only $[...] free shipping and well worth it. This is the first play doh set I got for my son and if I had to do it all over again I'd definately buy it again. It's cheaper than play doh, felt a little different but overall it met the same needs. When I read the review about the stamps not working I figured for $[...] even if the stamps didn't work we could still play with the doh but everything worked great.

Dragonball Z Super Saiyan Goku Model Kit Review

(More customer reviews)This is a cool model. It's the same as the goku model-just with the super saiyan head. These models are more fun if you have more of them. Models teach patience, but you don't really LEARN anything. It's pretty durable, though. The hair is very cool. The pants are difficult to put on, and so is the shirt. The shoes fit on very well, and don't really fall off. I give it overall 4.999... out of 5.

Iwata-Medea Eclipse HP G6 Pistol Grip Airbrush Gun / Side Feed Review

I wanted something for doing spray tanning and for area coverage when doing body paints or just needing to cover an area. I like the adjustable fan and after taking it apart and back together again the quality is excellent. This was not the least expensive product but since I own other Iwata airbrushes I chose to stay with the Iwata. (the hose fitting are different sizes with badger, paasche, etc) I must say I really am happy thus far in the choice both for quality and operation.
This is a side feed gun so you can mount a gravity cup or a bottom feed by just rotating the jar which makes this a useful feature. I have used both and for my tanning I purchased a stainless steel cup that I could not find listed for the G6 but for the G2 or one of the other guns but it it is side feed and works great. The one jar that comes with the gun is ok but not as easy to clean or use as the SS cups. Also consider the air compressor - while you can spray with a smaller compressor (maybe not recommended) it takes a little larger volume (cfm's) to use it fully - I run a studio series and it seems to work fine.
I shopped around for price and found you can definitely pay more at a retail art store but the online gives you a better deal if you can just avoid the impulse buying urges. It is hard to have in your hand but walk away. That is of course if the price is close-- but when it almost 50% higher I come to my senses and run.

(More customer reviews)I bought this for my 4 year old daughter for her birthday. I was drawn to the "doesn't dry out" factor. We have gone through tons of play-doh because my daughter would either forget to put the lids on or not get them on tight enough and we would be stuck with a dried out clump of play-doh the next time we wanted to play. This product isn't perfect - it isn't as sticky as play-doh so it is harder to mold with your hands. If you use the molds sold separately, it makes nice shapes. We have used cookie cutters in addition to buying the numbers and alphabet molds. This is pretty crumbly and will get all over the vicinity of where you are playing, but the best part of this product is that it can be easily vacuumed up, unlike play-doh. I encourage my daughter to play with it on the carpet so I can suck up an remnants that escape the blow up tray. I have even tried grinding it into the fibers and was still able to vacuum it out.

I would recommend spending a little extra and buy this brand if you are just starting out, you wont be sorry, and it will last a very long time, plus the results are amazing with a little practice and good paint like Createx! Also recommend picking up a few instructional books from Amazon to help out learning basic techniques.

Gundam Skill Level 6 Action Figure Model Kit: MG RX-78 Gundam GP-01 Review

(More customer reviews)the RX-78 GP-01 is a pretty good master grade gundam model kit. with about 300 or so pieces to assemble, this kit takes about 4-6 hours to finish. if you want to detail it with markers and paints, build time can extend into days.
The kit has few problems i can think of. the most serious flaw is the shoulder joints - they can't swivel back and forth like most of the newer MG kits can do, and thus limits the posing posibilities of the GP-01. Another problem is the hand/manipulator of the kit is rather lose, so it has problems holding onto the light sabers tightly (the sabers are rather heavy for their size).
But GP-01 also has a lot of positive sides going for it. First of all, don't let the box art fool you, this thing is well porportioned. It's got the standard weapons (gun, shield, lightsaber x2), but its core flyer is more detailed than most other MG kits. from a solid block looking thing in the chest, it can unfold into a fighter jet, with a working canopy and a pilot figure sitting inside. Its articulation isn't particularly good, mainly because its ankle joint has a very limited range. but it's still pretty poseable, due to its lack of a skirt-like armor around the hip joint.
Anyway, the finished product is better than your average MG kit, and for just 9 bucks, it's a steal. strangely, this kit doesn't show up on most amazon gundam kit searches, so finding it is already tricky.

Micro Shear Photo Etch Trimmer Review

(More customer reviews)Not sure why this is listed under toys as it's a tool, and a sharp and dangerous tool for kids.
The tool itself works very well, assuming you're using it for its main purpose of cutting plastic pieces of a model away from the sprue (tree). It does leave a bit of plastic on the piece you are cutting away though, so I can't give it 5 stars. You'll still have to scrape with a hobby knife or sand or file it.
It's now way overpriced since I bought mine, retailing at around $20 from a $27 msrp. I bought mine for about $8 when it came out.
I would suggest not getting this tool and instead buying the Xuron Ultraflush Cutting Shear 4'', model #410A (not model #410). It actually cuts much closer than this tool, but can only be used on plastic models (not for cutting metal wire) or else you'll damage the blade. It retails for only $8.69 and is of high build quality.

Foamwerks V-Groove Cutter Review

Because the resulting groove is asymmetric it is impossible to get a an accurate and solid 90 degree angle on the foamboard. On closer inspection it appeared that the unit was factory defective. I contacted customer service at Logan Graphics and at their instruction sent the unit to them - their response has been customer nonservice. Nearly two months and ten emails later I have yet to receive a replacement unit.

Endura Bond Adhesive 1.0 oz Review

(More customer reviews)I have yet to find the perfect adhesive. So far, I have only used endurabond and mity-tite. Mity-tite was horrible, lasted for a day, whereas endurabond lasted for abount 1-2 weeks, depending on how well you manage your hair. I'm still looking into other products like Natural Hue Secure Silicone Adhesive and Ultra-hold. But so far, this is the best I've found. Good luck ladies.

The motor is not strong enough to run well when you're trying to mold the clay, and the plastic shaping tools that attach to the wheel are not high enough quality and durability to shape the clay. They just get stuck, and if you continue to run the wheel with the tools touching the clay, the whole thing will break. A total waste of money.

Aztek A470 Airbrush Set Review

(More customer reviews)This is my first airbrush and after playing with it for a number of weeks now Im rather unsatisfied. Its not a bad airbrush and has its positives and negatives.
THE GOOD...
Very light (you dont even feel the cord running from airbrush to compressor) and comes with all the bits you need to start airbrushing (except for the compressor) which is excellent.
The box comes with multiple bottles to hold paint which is ok. I find you only really need one as they clean very, very easy.
Left or right handed, the bottles can go on either side of the airbrush (at the front).
You can swivel the bottles so if you need to airbrush in a weird direction, you can. Other airbrushes don't do this. Im not sure its a feature you really need but its pretty handy. Especially since its a gravity fed airbrush.
The wooden case is a nice way to store your gear so you don't loose anything.
6 nozels! Spray thin (detail), general spray, medium spray etc.
Easy to clean.
You can buy the parts separately! Make sure your hobby shop sells the nozzles and bottles. THE NOT SO GOOD...
Although light, the airbrush is made of plastic. The workmanship feels cheap and glued together. Because its plastic, it can be hard to clean and after a while your new airbrush looks very 2nd hand with all new paint stains.
Lots of nozzles but I find you only need 3. Detail, general and wide cover. The rest I just don't use. There are better nozzles they could have added such as high coverage and spatter IMO.
The box should have a softer design within. Im worried if I was to drop the box with airbrush within something will break. The box is more for not loosing anything rather then any kind of protection IMO.
I personally dont find the airbrush comfortable.
When you have chosen which side to put the bottles on your gun, you need to block the other side with a 'blocker'. You get a lot of these in the box which is great but you can't buy them separately. Don't loose them! Otherwise you will have to block it another way. Not a big deal though.
CONCLUSION
In hindsight I would have bought another airbrush thats even easier to clean (Im picky) and has excellent reviews (even if it costs more and comes with less). Also one made of metal as the plastic version feels cheap.
If the price is right, you don't want to shop around for the extra parts and won't be looking at doing anything with too much detail then I think this is a fine buy. Recommended for those who need to do basic airbrushing (nothing too detailed).
Look at getting a smaller kit. You only need 2 bottles and the 3 nozzles to do a good job.

Endura Bond 1oz Bottle Review

(More customer reviews)As someone stated in a review below, there really weren't any reviews written on Endura Bond when I made the purchase two weeks ago so I really wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. However, I decided to take a chance and try Endura Bond because I really wanted that 6 week hold they claim it gives you; emphasis on CLAIM. Now, I do not have oily skin, nor do I perspire profusely, however I was only able to get about a 3-5 day hold with the Endura Bond before I started to see lifting. I used such a small amount of glue that I wasn't even sure it would hold and it STILL dried white. Then when the time came to remove it I saw areas where the glue had eaten into my skin and left sores!!(And yes, I did use scalp protectant). It was not only time-consuming to remove it but I was so irritated with the performance of the product that I'm going back to sew-in weaves to give my poor hairline a rest! So, buyers beware....Please use this product at your own risk.
