(More customer reviews)Foamwerks foamboard V-groove cutter is a huge disappointment. The unit cuts unevenly. Because the resulting groove is asymmetric it is impossible to get a an accurate and solid 90 degree angle on the foamboard. On closer inspection it appeared that the unit was factory defective. I contacted customer service at Logan Graphics and at their instruction sent the unit to them - their response has been customer nonservice. Nearly two months and ten emails later I have yet to receive a replacement unit.
