(More customer reviews)I bought this reamer for adapting prop hubs to different sized prop shafts. It is a good quality product, but the angle of the reamer is quite aggressive--so I wouldn't recommend it for fitting prop shafts. Instead, use a long-tapered reamer such as the Empire 27770 reamer, or a step-reamer if you can find one. With this reamer, you may get the center of the hub to the right width, but you'll remove too much material towards the opening of the hub.
I am glad, however, to have this tool. It does a much better job than any drill, and will clean holes in plastic or metal while keeping centered.
Overall, a good product. However, the scissors are not of great quality. I would buy a stand-alone set of precision scissors if that's what you're after.
UPDATE 5/25/11:
Scissors are pretty good after all.
Reamer is still very useful when paired with a long tapered reamer for prop reaming. Just use it to get the other reamer started and to clean up the edges near the faces of the prop hub. The sharp, aggressive blade on the reamer is much better at removing plastic than a typical tapered reamer--so be careful not to remove too much material.
