I did my baby's feet prints when he was 2 months old and had his picture taken in his blessing (Christening) outfit the same day to remember how small he was. I plan to purchase two more of these kits to make keepsakes for his grandmothers.
The only problem with it (which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) is that it was very difficult for me to get the clay smooth. The instructions with the kit don't say anything about kneading the clay, but it would probably be a good idea to knead it for a while before pressing it into the frame to get the air bubbles out of it. I'd get it all rolled out and clean the edges up and then I'd notice an air bubble. I tried to press all the air bubbles out, but it took at least 7 tries of rolling and smoothing it out before I couldn't see any bubbles.
Overall, I'm very happy with the kit and will purchase it again to make a keepsake for an older age.
